| Job Information | Our licensed Summer Camp Program is looking for an experienced Music & Drama Instructor for Elementary and Middle school aged children. Duties include supervising children in music & drama class and ensuring their safety and well-being, making/planning a curriculum of daily music & drama projects appropriate for each grade level, ordering/stocking music & drama supplies, cleaning/maintaining music & drama room daily, filming and editing, and attending field trips. Employees must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate. Experience working with children is preferred. Applicants should be available to work from June 10, 2013 through August 9, 2013. Hours are 8:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday with the possibility for overtime before and after normal work hours. Background check and finger printing are mandatory. After School Care is licensed by the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services. All staff and counselors participate in yearly staff training and professional development offered by the Houston Area Association for the Education of Young Children (HAAEYC) and the Harris County Department of Education. All of our counselors are trained and certified in CPR and First-Aid.
