| Job Information | Our licensed Summer Camp program is looking for experienced counselors for Elementary and Middle school aged children. Duties include supervising children in all activities and areas, attending field trips, maintaining attendance records, engaging children in age appropriate activities, and ensuring their safety and well being – We are also looking for experienced art teachers, music and drama teachers, certified lifeguards and swimming instructors, tennis instructors, archery instructors and substitute counselors. After School Care is licensed by the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services. All staff and counselors participate in yearly staff training and professional development offered by the Houston Area Association for the Education of Young Children (HAAEYC) and the Harris County Department of Education. All of our counselors are trained and certified in CPR and First-Aid.
